AngelList Venture raises $100M in Series A; at $4B pre-money valuation

AngelList VentureThe San Francisco, CA-based company facilitating investments in startups has closed a $100M Series-B funding round with a $4 Billion premoney valuation Tiger Global led the round with Accomplice participating. AngelList will also open a community round for GPs that have invested in AngelList over the past 12 month. Led by CEO Avlok Kohli, AngelList Venture recently launched RUVs, Stack, and hit $10B in assets supported. AngelList has helped nearly 200 unicorns raise capital, while 19 companies went public. 800 GPs invested $3.6B in 7,000 startups from 38,000 LPs. According to a report, the company employs 130 people. postIt plans to increase its hiring efforts.
