Asana Partners Closes Latest Fund at $1.5 Billion

Asana Partners, a Charlotte, N.C.-based real estate investment firm, closed Asana Partners Fund III, with aggregate equity commitments of $1.5 billion. A diverse group of institutional investors from North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific made commitments to the Fund. It is the firm’s fifth fund and the third in its flagship series of value-add funds focused on acquiring and repositioning mixed-use assets in high-quality urban and near-urban neighborhoods in the United States. Terry Brown, Co-founder and Managing Partner, Jason Tompkins and Sam Judd are Managing Partners and Cofounders of Asana Partners. Asana Partners, a vertically integrated real-estate investment firm, creates value through the acquisition, enhancement, and operation of unique mixed-use retail properties in vibrant urban and near-urban areas in the United States. As of March 15, 2022 the firm had $6.2 trillion in assets under its management, including core and value-add strategies.
