Creatively Raising $8M for Funding

Creatively$8M was raised for a New York-based job site for creatives called. Thirty Five Ventures, Rich Kleiman Link Ventures and Tornante Company led the round. Kevin Yorn, entertainment lawyer, was also involved. The company intends use the funds to drive further growth by increasing its product and engineer team, ramping-up growth marketing and data capabilities, as well as accelerating its rollout of its exclusive payments feature. Creatively, which was created in partnership by fintech startup Orum and is designed by creatives for artists, allows them to showcase their portfolios and find work. More than 275,000 creatives signed up for Creatively since its launch in May 2020 during the pandemic. 2,000+ brands use the platform to find and hire creative talent. Creatively launched CreativelyPay last year. This payment feature allows creatives to speed up bank payments to same day and eliminates 30-day net payment terms for eligible creatives. Stacey Bendet and Joe Indriolo were co-founders of the company. It is now led by Gregory Gittrich, CEO.
