Jetty receives investment from PayPal Ventures, Experian Ventures

JettyExperian Ventures received an investment in a NYC-based financial service company called ‘The Wallet’. The deal amount was not disclosed. The company plans to use the funds to expand its product portfolio and to increase sales. Led by Mike Rudoy, Co-Founder and CEO, Jetty aims to support renters and properties at every stage of the rental journey, with current product offerings, including Jetty Deposit, a security deposit alternative; Jetty Rent, a flexible rent payment program; and Jetty Protect, a modern renters insurance product. Its nationwide network of property owners and operators manages millions upon millions of rental units. This new funding will support the launch of Jetty Credit, a new credit building service that will facilitate the reporting of rent payments to credit bureaus to provide additional data that could help renters boost their credit scores. This new product will interact with all existing products on the platform and provide property managers and renters a single, easy-to-use solution.
