Otonomo Completes Acquisition Of The Floow

Otonomo Technologies Ltd. (Nasdaq: OTMO) (“Otonomo”), the mobility intelligence company, today announced that it has completed its previously disclosed acquisition of The Floow, a United Kingdom-based SaaS provider of connected insurance technology for major carriers globally. Otonomo has added Aldo Montforte, the founder and CEO of The Floow to the management team. He will continue to drive The Floow’s development.
