SoftBank Funds CertiK an Additional $60M

CertiKNew York-based Web3 security and blockchain company, ‘’, has raised $60M in funding. SoftBank Vision Fund 2 & Tiger Global led the round. The company now has $290m USD in total invested over the nine months. They plan to use these funds to expand and accelerate their growth. CertiK was established by Zhong Shao (computer science professor) and Ronghui Gu (computer science professor). The company’s goal is to secure the Web3 universe, starting with blockchain technology. The company offers innovative products such as Security Leaderboard, Code Auditing and Skynet, which is a 24/7 threat monitoring service. In response to increasing fraud and rug-pulls, CertiK recently launched KYC.
