Vendr Raises $150M in Series B Funding
Vendr$150M Series B funding has been raised by, a Boston-based SaaS purchasing platform that offers SaaS, to which a majority of its customers are from Massachusetts. Craft Ventures and SoftBank Vision Fund 2 led the round. Other participants included Sozo Ventures. F-Prime Capital. Sound Ventures. Tiger Global. The company plans to use the funds for platform development and expansion. Vendr was founded in 2019 by Ryan Neu, Aaron White and Ariel Diaz, co-founders. They joined the team after Blissfully was acquired in 2022. Vendr offers a SaaS purchasing platform that provides both a product-powered and people-powered service, enabling companies to quickly purchase software with guaranteed savings. Today, the company has assisted over $1B+ in SaaS purchase across 1,200+ suppliers to finance and procurement teams at HubSpot and Brex. With a headquarters in Boston and a second office in Charleston, Vendr employs over 250 people worldwide.
