WSO2 Raises Approx. $3M; Closes $93M Series B Funding

WSO2, a Santa Clara, CA- and London, UK — based digital transformation technology company, raised an additional $3m in Series E funding. RedStart Labs (India), a subsidiary of Info Edge Limited (NSE: NAUKRI) made the investment which brought the total growth capital raised to $93m. Info Edge joined lead investor Goldman Sachs Asset Management Private Credit (“Goldman Sachs”), which completed the first tranche of the Series E in November 2021. Info Edge will contribute strategically to the company’s accelerated business expansion across India. WSO2 already has a strong presence here, having more than 800 customers across over 90 countries. Over 35 leading enterprises in India — including government agencies and global leaders in financial services, communications, healthcare and technology — rely on WSO2’s products and solutions to drive their digital journeys and deliver innovative experiences to customers. These companies are also interacting with over 100 million Indian consumers using WSO2’s secure digital services.
