WSO2 Raises Approx. $3M; Closes $93M Series B Funding
WSO2, a Santa Clara, CA- and London, UK — based digital transformation technology company, raised an additional $3m in Series E funding. RedStart Labs (India), a subsidiary of Info Edge Limited (NSE: NAUKRI) made the investment which brought the total growth capital raised to $93m. Info Edge joined lead investor Goldman Sachs Asset Management Private Credit (“Goldman Sachs”), which completed the first tranche of the Series E in November 2021. Info Edge will contribute strategically to the company’s accelerated business expansion across India. WSO2 already has a strong presence here, having more than 800 customers across over 90 countries.
